This  the treatment requires electronic consultation from our own doctor. When you book an appointment for treatment with us, we send you a link to a form that you fill out and return to us. Due to privacy, you must have a bank ID to log in. Approval  from the doctor applies for one year at a time,  as long as your state of health does not change.
